ABOUT KELLSIE MOORE

Stories born from a life well traveled.

Storytelling has been my passion for as long as I can remember. As a child, I rode my bicycle to the local library and spent summer days with my face buried in books. Unless it was Dollar Day at the movie theater, then I would go watch a double feature. I miss that.

My adult love of story began with acting. Painting, ballroom dancing, and life on the road all helped lead me to writing—where I create whole worlds from the things that move me most.

THE BEGINNING OF THE STORY

Three years of travel.
One story I had to tell.

During a long stay in Scotland, its breathtaking landscapes and rich, mystical history sparked the idea that would become The Legend of the Ghost Witch. As I traveled through ancient highlands and mist-covered valleys, Fiona and Alasdair came to life in my mind.

Magic, survival, courage, and love—

a world shaped by Scotland’s most enduring stories.
